Because Jainex uses an advanced digital eKYC and risk-assessment engine, most micro-loans are approved and disbursed directly to your registered bank account within 2 to 15 minutes after final submission.
Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on radical transparency. We charge zero pre-closure fees if you decide to pay off your loan early, and there are no hidden processing fees. Everything is clearly displayed before you accept the loan.
KYC verification usually fails due to blurry document photos or name mismatches between Aadhaar and PAN. Please ensure you are in a well-lit area and the document text is perfectly readable. If the issue persists, contact our support team to schedule a manual video KYC.
For security reasons, bank account changes cannot be done manually while an active loan is running. Once all dues are cleared, you can update your bank details from the "Profile > Bank Accounts" section by completing a ₹1 verification ping.
